個體化崛起與深度媒介化推進了「空巢青年」社會交往的數字化轉向。「空巢青年」基於社交媒體平台上進行獨居生活展演，構建了作為數字家園的「雲上之巢」，成為一道獨特的媒介文化景觀。本文採用框架分析法，從個體意識、自我技術、生活理念等維度，對Bilibili平台上「空巢青年」獨居生活視頻及熱門評論、彈幕進行分析考察，嘗試勾勒多元化的空巢青年形象，並深入探討其如何經由儀式化展演進行數字化社會交往。「雲上之巢」，是家園，亦是劇場。研究發現，「空巢青年」作為網絡中的「符號遊戲者」，通過獨居生活的符號化展演，重塑了精緻且理想的「社會自我」形象，構建了開放、流動的「衣帽間式共同體」；作為「文化參與者」，參與生產了積極、健康、自律、樂活的青年獨居亞文化；作為「儀式化共情者」，致力於通過共情傳播實現脫域化的數字交往。文章或有助於透視當代青年獨居文化的更多維度，為引導空巢青年在媒介化社會中實現積極健康的個體發展提供參考和思考。 |
| Abstract |
The rise of individualization and deep mediatization have promoted the digital turn in social interaction among “empty-nest youth” (live-alone youth). Based on the exhibition of living alone on a social media platform, empty-nest youth construct a “nest on the cloud” as a digital home that becomes a unique media cultural landscape. Using the method of frame analysis, this study analyzed the living-alone life vlogs on Bilibili, together with popular comments and on-screen comments by young people who live alone, from the dimensions of individual consciousness, self-technologies, and the concept of life. The study examines the diversified portrayal of modern empty-nest youth and explores how digital social interactions are carried out through ritualized performance. The nest on the cloud is not only a home but also a theater. According to our findings, as a “player of symbols” in the network, empty-nest youth reshape the ideal image of the social self through the symbolic performance of living alone and constructing an open and mobile “cloakroom community.” As cultural participants, they take part in the production of a positive, healthy, self-disciplined, and happy subculture. As sympathizers in ritualized communication, they are committed to delocalization of digital communication through empathy. The paper helps reveal more dimensions of living-alone culture among contemporary youth and provide references and reflections for guiding young empty nesters to achieve positive and healthy personal development in a mediatized society.
