編輯流程  Editorial procedure

本刊的編輯政策以服務學術社群為本,每篇來稿皆以高效與專業的編審流程進行處理:

  1. 作者需於線上投稿系統提交稿件。
  2. 編輯部收到稿件後會先作初審,通常一個月內做出初審決定。
  3. 如果稿件不符合本刊範疇或稿件質量未達本刊要求,將於初審階段做內審退稿處理。
  4. 如果稿件符合本刊範疇且稿件質量達到本刊要求,將由主編指定責任編輯,由責任編輯提名兩名或以上外審委員進行匿名評審。
  5. 如評審委員提出修改意見,本刊會把審查意見寄回,請作者參考修改後,將修改稿連同修改說明再次提交至投稿系統。
  6. 如果兩位評審委員意見相左,本刊會安排第三位評審委員或由責任編輯參與評審決定。

 

The journal’s editorial policies are designed to serve the academic community. Each submission is handled through a rigorous, efficient, and professional editorial and review process:

  1. Authors must submit their manuscripts through the online submission system.
  2. Editorial Office will make an initial vetting editorial decision within one month of receiving a manuscript.
  3. If a manuscript falls outside the journal’s scope or does not meet the journal’s quality standards, it will be desk-rejected at the initial vetting stage.
  4. If a manuscript is within the journal’s scope and meets the journal’s quality requirements, the Editor-in-Chief will assign an Editor, who will take charge of this manuscript and nominate two or more external reviewers for double-blind peer review.
  5. If external reviewers ask authors to revise and resubmit, authors must submit the revised manuscripts and responses to reviewers through the submission portal.
  6. If two external reviewers hold opposite opinions, the editorial office will invite a third reviewer or the Editor who takes charge of this manuscript will make a decision by reviewing the submission.
